Booking & Estate Policies
To preserve the natural beauty and absolute luxury of our Phoenix estate, we maintain established booking and operational guidelines.
Effective Date: June 8, 2026Reservation & Deposit Structure
To secure your exclusive date at LE PAVILLON, we operate on a structured reservation schedule. All agreements are finalized directly with our curation consultants.
Exclusive Hold Deposit
A non-refundable hold deposit of 30% of the total venue hire fee is required to formally secure your date in our estate calendar.
Installment Schedule
The remaining balance is structured into two installments: 40% due 6 months prior to the event, and the final 30% due 60 days before the celebration.
Security Bond
A refundable security bond of Rs 50,000 is required with the final installment to cover any accidental property damages, refunded within 14 days post-event.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies
We understand that plans can change, and our cancellation terms are designed to be clear and transparent to balance client flexibility and venue scheduling constraints.
Cancellation Window
Written cancellations received more than 180 days prior to the event date will release the client from the final balance, though the initial hold deposit remains non-refundable.
Rescheduling Request
Dates may be rescheduled once up to 120 days prior, subject to estate calendar availability and a 10% rescheduling administration fee.
Force Majeure Safeguard
In the event of severe weather conditions, tropical cyclones, or state-declared emergencies, LE PAVILLON will offer alternative dates without any penalty fees.
External Vendors & Decor Guidelines
To maintain the highest standards of safety, style, and property conservation, all external suppliers must comply with our on-site coordinator guidelines.
Approved Vendors List
We provide a curated list of approved luxury caterers, florists, and A/V technicians. External planners must register credentials 30 days in advance.
Set-Up Restrictions
All event setups must occur within the designated venue hire hours. Permanent structural modifications (e.g. drilling or pinning walls) are strictly prohibited.
Catering & Alcohol
Outside catering must operate in compliance with Mauritius health and safety licenses. Corkage fees apply to client-sourced premium spirits.
Decibel Levels & Estate Curfews
LE PAVILLON is framed by tropical landscapes in Phoenix, Mauritius. To respect local environmental bylaws, specific sound guidelines are enforced.
Sound Decibel Cap
Indoor sound systems in the Grand Ballroom must not exceed 85dB. Outdoor terraces and garden events are limited to acoustic music or low-volume background sound.
Bylaw Sound Curfew
In accordance with local regulations, amplified music on outdoor terraces must cease by 11:30 PM. Ballroom music must wind down by 01:00 AM.
Fireworks Restrictions
To safeguard local wildlife and bird sanctuaries, outdoor fireworks are permitted only with authorized government permits and prior estate approval.
